On October 8, 2019, based on the principles of cooperation summarized within the 17+1 platform reconfirmed in 2019 Dubrovnik Guidelines by the premiers of China and Central and Eastern European countries, the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic and Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) organized the 1st Civil Aviation Forum of China and Central and Eastern European countries (CAF 17+1) in Prague, Czech Republic.

Within its framework, Sino – Czech Aviation Association hosted the 17+1 Civil Aviation Business Forum in the afternoon of October 8, 2019, which was focused on topics of general aviation, industrial R&D and aircraft certification, air transport connectivity as well as cooperation in pilot training, operation and service support from the perspective of individual enterprises.
